FOUNDER OF GFA

I'm Kandice Dacus, the CEO of Gritty Faith Apparel. I was born and raised in South Carolina where I currently reside. This company was given to me in 2019 but came into fruition this year (2021). 

What or Who inspired me?  

Of course, my two children inspired me but it was the fact that I had to do what God had given me as well. God had given me this idea in 2019 but I was too focused on my job that I didn’t walk in my purpose. One day he gave me Gritty Faith and the meaning which is to stick with something no matter how difficult or scary it is. So, on December 2020 I decided that it was time for me to leave my full-time job and do what God had called me to do full-time. If I'm honest the logic in me was like girl you are crazy. You have bills and two-kids but then God reminded me that logic and purpose did not go hand in hand and he is the ultimate provider. Always remember in order to reach your purpose you have to let go of things that are holding you back.

What am I hoping to add to the world?  

I hope that I am able to bring customers back to their faith as well as help them to strengthen their faith. My main purpose is to bring God glory and inspire my customers to have Gritty Faith that they would stop at nothing to reach the purpose God has for them.
